Just a short note to express my appreciation for the exceptional service you provided me with on the weekend. I called you on Saturday morning to ask a few quick questions. I was immediately impressed by your professionalism and your welcoming nature. Several hours later, you kindly helped me find your showroom when I was a little lost (thanks GPS!).
You were so kind to help me rearrange a lounge you had on the floor to give me a better idea visually how it would be set up in my home. ONLY 3 days later, your delivery man, Matthew, lugged all the components of the lounge up my driveway (a challenge in itself) and set everything up beautifully for me - he wouldn't even let me give him a drink or a bite to eat for the road!! I am absolutely thrilled with the lounge - your advice on colour against my spotted gum was spot on. No pun intended. The photos you showed me from previous clients' homes with spotted gum was a great help to make me be decisive about colour.
It is in situ and I'm currently sitting on it with my dog by the fire table. I shall be recommending your company to all my family and friends, as well as business associates. Thanks again for the brilliant service, exceptional product, speedy and efficient delivery / install / packaging removal. I couldn't be more thrilled.

Outdoor Elegance has a great range of outdoor furniture to suit different tastes and budgets. I liked the fact that they had furniture that didn't look mass produced. The staff were attentive and helpful and delivery was quick. I have been very happy with my purchase a year on and am now looking to them for outdoor dining chairs.

Nothing was too much trouble for him. By the time he finished putting them together it was dark and he wanted to make sure that i was 100% happy before he left. WOW WOW WOW , from the sales guys to warehouse to delivery, all these guys are amazing . I was kept up to date on delivery and phoned when delivery was half an hour away . The guys were so careful taking my furniture off the truck which was awesome to see . Seriously do not bother going anywhere else for your outdoor furniture . All the staff are awesome and their furniture is gorgeous and top of the range quality
